Food is frequently seen as that stuff that removes the hunger pangs but rarely as the stuff that is perpetuating the hunger pangs. Yes that is right! if you are feeding yourself inappropriate foods you are going to need to eat more food, eat more frequently or both. Its just obvious! Also If you eat the wrong foods at the wrong times you are going to waste energy and need to eat more!
Most of us are overweight because we are Mal-nourished! Yes you read that right! If we have to keep eating and eating it is likely that our body is just not being fuelled - it may be being filled but not fed - stuffed but not satisfied. This leads to a vicious cycle that perpetuates and worsens the problem, it can be very difficult to get out of this cycle without guidance - we know we're human too!

The cells of our body are continually replacing themselves and the more accurately they can make a copy of themselves the more healthy and fit we stay. Supply them with the right foods and you will be made of the right stuff - supply them with poor materials and your cells will have to be made to a lesser quality. Lesser quality means what it does for all things - shorter life span, more easily worn-out as they are just more susceptible to wear and tear.
TOXIC WASTE
We are also made of what we fail to discard. Eating questionable types of foods and drinks can lead to a build up of toxins that your body has to use energy to deal with! Why eat foods that are leaving us with less energy than we started with?
