MARK ROBSON B.Sc. (Hons) Ost. Med., DCO, MICO

Mark Robson is a Classical Osteopath and a personal health coach.  He graduated from the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine (SIOM) and served a further two and a half years as a junior osteopath under John Wernham at the JWCCO in Kent.

Under the personal direction of Mr Wernham his role was to assist with two person techniques, teach body adjustment on the Classical Osteopathy diploma course, deliver treatment for patients attending the college's charity clinic and provide osteopathic treatment for Mr Wernham himself.

Mark now teaches 4th and 2nd year undergraduates the relationship and application of body adjustment to a constitutional diagnosis at SIOM in Epsom.

Mark holds a diploma in Holistic Nutrition which he sees as a vital part of his holistic practice.  He has a strong interest in the mento-emotional side of health and many patients report benefiting by his unique and friendly coaching style and his informative and empowering approach to wellness.

He is currently studying for a higher level of teaching qualification.

 

JANINE LEACH B.Sc., PhD, ND, DO, HonMFPH.

Janine Leach is a naturopath and osteopath. She graduated from the College of Osteopaths in 1989, and has combined practice with a career in health services research in cancer, and more recently in research in complementary medicine. She also lectures undergraduates on research in osteopathy, and is an editor of an international osteopathic journal.

In practice, she values the diversity and scope of naturopathic osteopathic practice, particularly for patients with complicated or chronic symptoms. She has particular interests in headache and whiplash, in chronic disease and in supporting cancer patients.

Nationally, she is a member of the National Council for Osteopathic Research (NCOR) representing the College of Osteopaths. She is President of the British Naturopathic Association (BNA) and member of the General Naturopathic Council (GNC). She represents the GNC on the ICCORD research group of the Prince's Foundation for Integrated Health.

Her research career started with a PhD in medical physics, followed by several decades in epidemiology and health services research. She has published over 50 scientific papers, and is an honorary member of the Faculty of Public Health. In 2004 she became Senior Research Fellow in Osteopathy at the University of Brighton with Professor Ann Moore. In 2005 she became Associate Editor of the International Journal of Osteopathic Medicine.

 

 CHRISTEL COLLIER ITEC SMDip.

Christel Collier is a Reflexologist and certified Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist who was awarded her qualification from the Raworth International College of Natural, Nutrition & Sports Therapies in Surrey.

Christel approaches injuries and dysfunction by assessing how the body is working as a whole, assessing anatomy, physiology and lifestyle.

This allows her to quickly understand the needs of her clients and deliver holistic and effective treatments aimed at address the underlying patterns behind physical pain or discomfort.

Christel works closely with people who engage in a range of activities as an integral part of their physical training. Her treatments not only help to speed up recovery but also increase performance, improve endurance, avoid injury.

Christel uses a fine balance of techniques ranging from articulation, to deep tissue work - from full body to specific focus to particular areas and her treatments can be utilised both pre & post event.

In addition to this Christel is very popular with new mothers by utilising such things as Hot Stone Therapy and Reflexolgy to facilitate their recovery, rest and relaxation.


LEAH HEARLE B.Sc. (Hons) Ost. Med.

Leah Hearle graduated from the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine and is a certified & licensed Medical Acupuncturist.

Leah takes a holistic approach in treating the human body and considers it essential to identify the cause of a problem to both find a solution and reduce the possibility of reoccurrence.

As a practitioner Leah works to facilitate the body's inherent capabilities for healing and remove any obstacles that prevent an optimum state of health and well-being.

Leah is very popular owing to her combined approach where she utilises a variety of techniques that include, stretching, soft tissue, gentle manipulation, Cranial Osteopathy and Traditional Osteopathy.

Leah's treatments are specific to the individual patient and are appropriate for people of all ages from newborn babies to OAPs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

SARAH FEE B.Sc. (Hons) Ost. Med.

Sarah Fee left our clinic in 2008 to move closer to her family.  She now works in California and so has to suffer such things as good customer service, an absence of speed bumps and 70o heat!
