Nightingale Road is kind of a continuation of North street.  Outside Cashalton College there is a mini roundabout where North Street joins with Green Wrythe Lane and continues on as Nightingale Road.  North Street is the road which goes over the Carshalton Ponds.   

As it crosses the River Wandle Nightingale Road becomes Hackbridge Road which leads to a T-junction with London Road at Hackbridge.
